Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix 3/4 C flour with cheese , herbs , salt and yeast
  2. Blend in water .
  3. Add the 1 C flour to form soft dough .
  4. Dust the work surface .
  5. Knead the dough on it for 10 mins until elastic
  6. Divide into 2 portions and cover with damp towel and rest for 10 mins
  7. Sprinkle two 8 by 6 inch waxed paper sheet with 1 tbsp of semolina on each and pat dough pieces into 5 by 3 inch rectangles.
  8. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of semolina on each again .
  9. Brush with oil and cover with towel .
  10. Let it stand for 30 mins .
  11. Cut each into 10 equal strips .
  12. Leave it to rise , for 10 mins , uncovered .
  13. Pre heat oven to 200 deg .
  14. Twist and turn and stretch them to make each of them longer .
  15. Place on the cooking sheet and bake for 10 mins .
