Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 lime ( juice of)
  • 1 pineapple stick

Directions:

  1. Shake gin,bitters,lime juice and papaya juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes, fill the rest of the way with soda water, stir and garnish with a pineapple stick or canned pineapple tidbits.
