Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, milk, egg and sugar. Then stir in papaya. (do not use electric mixer).
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
  3. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Fritters can also be cooked on a griddle, like a pancake.
  6. Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
