Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar then add butter and mix well.
  3. Add one cup flour, baking powder and half of the milk then mix well.
  4. Add flour and remaining milk then finish mixing and pour into buttered muffin tins.
  5. Bake 12 minutes then serve hot.
