Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat egg, buttermilk, oil, & sugar together. Add flour & the dry ingr & mix well. Fry on hot pan.
