Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
  2. Add all the wet ingredients together over the dry mixture and mix until batter forms.
  3. Lightly brush the pan with vegetable oil and drop 1/2 cup ladles of the batter into the pan. cook about one minute then flip and cook another minute.
  4. Serve with honey or maple syrup and butter.
