Oven-Baked Parmesan Croutons

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups 1/4-inch cubes day-old bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. In a shallow baking pan toss bread with oil. Toss bread with Parmesan and bake in middle of oven, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes, or until golden. Croutons keep in an airtight container at room temperature 1 week.
