Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In large bowl, combine the bread cubes with broken cookies and set aside.
  3. In separate bowl, blend milk, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract; pour over bread mixture.
  4. Stir to coat evenly.
  5. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
  6. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
  7. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
