Orange Upside Down French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in casserole dish in 400 degree oven.
  2. Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle evenly in pan.
  3. Mix eggs and juice then dip bread in mixture soaking well.
  4. Arrange evenly in pan and spoon any remaining mixture on bread.
  5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes then let stand one minute.
  6. Lift out sugar side up onto hot latter and serve with orange slices.
