Orange Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange , rind of, grated

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter together until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F until filling is firm, about 45 minutes.
