Orange Cobbler for Two

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch,.
  2. Stir in water, marmalade and orange concentrate.
  3. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until thickened.
  4. Stir in butter until melted.
  5. Pour into a greased 1-qt baking pan.
  6. In a small bowl combine baking mix and nutmeg.
  7. ;stir in milk just until moistened.
  8. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls over orange mixture.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
