Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400�°F.
  2. In large bowl, stir flour, sugars, baking powder, soda and salt.
  3. In another bowl stir oil, juice, liquor, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in liquid. Stir to combine.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon into muffin cups, 3/4 full.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes, until slightly firm.
