Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Cut onions into 1/2-inch rounds and separate into rings. Place in a bowl and toss with buttermilk.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Dredge the onion rings in the breadcrumbs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray.
  5. Bake until lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
