Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • dash pepper
  • dash salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet.
  2. Mix the egg, water, salt, and pepper together with a fork.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet. The edges should set quickly.
  4. With a pancake turner draw the cooked edges toward the center of the pan to allow the uncooked portion to run out onto the hot pan.
  5. While the top is still moist, put the filling on one side of the omelet.
  6. Fold one side over the filling with the turner.
  7. Tip the pan over the plate and turn the omelet onto the plate.
