Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 5 1/2 cups cold water

Directions:

  1. Add the sugar to the boiling water, remove from heat. Stir until dissolved.
  2. In a large pitcher add the cold water, lemon juice, and sugar-water mixture; mix well.
  3. Serve over ice.
