Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 1 (1-inch) strip lemon rind
  • 6 tbsp bourbon

Directions:

  1. Place sugar, bitters, and rind in a tall glass; crush with back of a spoon. Add bourbon; stir to combine. Fill glass with crushed ice.
