Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (16-oz.) jar tomato relish

Directions:

  1. Sauté okra in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove skillet from heat, and stir in tomato relish.
  2. Note: We tested with Mrs. Renfro's Mild Tomato Relish.
