Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except flaxseed, simmer until liquid is absorbed. Add flaxseeds at end of cooking.
  2. Add blueberries or other fruit if desired
