Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
  4. Remove from heat. Blend in chocolate chips, flour, cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla.
  5. Beat until thick.
  6. Spread in well greased 9 square pan.
