Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, margarine, baking cocoa, milk and salt in pan.
  2. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add vanilla and peanut butter and mix.
  5. Add oatmeal and stir and mix.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
