New York Egg Cream (Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vegan chocolate syrup (i used organic ah!laska)
  • 4 oz non-dairy coffee creamer (i used silk soy creamer)
  • 6 oz seltzer water (i used italian sparkling water, i didn'tsp have the seltzer)

Directions:

  1. Pour the chocolate syrup in the bottom of a nice glass.
  2. Pour the creamer on top of the chocolate syrup.
  3. Add the seltzer or sparkling water.
  4. Stir and a nice head of foam should develop on top of the chocolate/milk mixture.
  5. Bon Appetit!
