Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp red food coloring

Directions:

  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Let boil about 10 seconds and remove from the heat, let it cool.
  3. Add vanilla, almond extract, and coloring, stir well.
  4. Keep in the refrigerator.
