  1. Combine red bell peppers, onions, chipotle pepper and chicken bullion In a medium sauce pan. Heat until vegetables are soft. Add Nathan hot dogs sliced into bite size pieces. Continue heating until hot dogs are heated. Add Bush beans and Rotel tomatoes and green chillies. Stir, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
