Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer onions and celery in the butter in a very large and thick pot.
  2. In another pot, cook the meat in the oil.
  3. Drain the meat extremely well.
  4. Add all other ingredients and the meat to the large pot.
  5. Simmer over low heat for 4 hours.
  6. Stir every 15 to 20 minutes if possible.
