Mom's Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (2-3)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix in the order given and fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  2. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean).
