Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the *rinsed cod for around 15 minutes.
  2. Let the cod cool.
  3. In a large bowl flake the cod.
  4. Mix in the chopped Parsley.
  5. Add the extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Juice – mix.
  6. Add the Black Olives, Spanish Olives, and pepper flakes – mix.
  7. Add salt if needed and enjoy.
