Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

  1. Mix cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
  2. Blend apple juice, ice cream, orange juice and half of cinnamon-nutmeg mixture at low speed for 1 minute or until ice cream is softened.
  3. Pour into brandy snifters. Sprinkle with cinnamon-nutmeg mixture. Add cinnamon stick.
