Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Pour boiling water over peaches, let sit 30 seconds, drain, slip off skins
  3. Slice peaches into a 9 x 13 pan
  4. Melt butter in a small pan
  5. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, salt and baking soda.
  6. Add milk and butter to flour mixture, stir well till combined and uniform
  7. Pour over peaches.
  8. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes till golden brown.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
  10. A variation is to add about 1 cup of blueberries or 1 cup sliced strawberries to the peaches
