Miracle Whip Pineapple Banana Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350º.
  2. Grease and flour a 13x9 baking pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In mixer bowl add eggs, sugar, Miracle Whip, oil and vanilla.
  5. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients.
  7. Add them alternately with the pineapple and bananas, mixing in after each addition.
  8. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
  10. I do not usually add a frosting to this cake, it is moist and good without it.
  11. You could frost it though, if desired, using your favorite.
