Ingredients:

  • 100 g prosciutto
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Roll pastry out into 8 x 18cm circles
  2. On one half lay out prosciutto
  3. Thumb sized mozerrella
  4. Squash in cheery tom
  5. Add few basil leaves
  6. Season with sea salt & black pepper
  7. Pinch & crimp edges
  8. Wash with egg
  9. Bake at 220c/425f/gas 7 until golden on outside
