Microwave Creme Caramel

Ingredients:

  • 600 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Caramel:Microwave sugar and water on high for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Pour equal amount of caramel into each mould and set aside.
  3. Custard:Beat together eggs and sugar.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Strain into moulds.
  6. Microwave on medium 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  8. Turn out when cold.
