Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cheddar / monterary jack cheese

Directions:

  1. Use a 10 in pie dish
  2. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom then layer the chilli and the cheese.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. I like tostedo's scoops with this.
  5. If you have a large crowd double all ingredients and use a 9 X 13 baking dish.
  6. In a hurry, microwave it for 4 minutes (adjust for your own microwave, but until the chilli is hot and the cheese is melted.
