Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425*F
  2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly, shape into a loaf
  3. Place in a greased pan deep enough to prevent spillage
  4. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until thermometer reads 170*F
  5. Serve with baked potatoes by wrapping them in foil and baking with the meatloaf
