Marinated Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp nama shoyu

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry spinach.
  2. Place garlic in food processor and process until chopped well.
  3. Process remaining ingredients with garlic and pour over spinach.
  4. Marinate for 1 hour or more and serve.
