Marinated-Fish Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemons
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp corrainder powder
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 piece pineapple cubed

Directions:

  1. -Thaw fish, if frozen and cut into 1cm thick cubes.
  2. -For marinade, stir all the liquids, spices and garlic together and pour over the fish. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. -Adjust the fish, pinneapple and green pepper in BBQ stick and drain.
  4. -Place the kabobs in large flat pan, greased with olive oil and grill for 3 minutes, while turning the stick in between.
  5. -Serve it with Fried mixed vegetable white rice OR can be eaten as sandwich with flat bread (Lebanese or Shami bread)
