Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure; microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until the mixture boils. Cover and chill.
  2. Combine the blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and peaches in a large bowl. Add the honey mixture, stirring well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
  3. Spoon the fruit mixture into each of 8 bowls, and add the wine. Serve with amaretti cookies.
  4. Note: Sweetened carbonated fruit-flavored bottled water can be substituted for the sweet sparkling wine.
