Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet or pan.
  2. Saute' the garlic when the oil is ready.
  3. If using chicken, put it when the garlic turns golden. Stir well.
  4. Add the shrimps when the chicken cooks.
  5. Add the parsley and basil leaves.
  6. Season the dish with fish sauce.
  7. Add the tomatoes.
  8. Turn the heat to low. Let it simmer.
  9. Season the dish with fish sauce.
  10. Add the grated cheese. Stir well.
  11. Allow to simmer under low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  12. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
