Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix maple syrup, mustard, brown sugar, hot sauce and soy sauce. In separate dish, save 1/2 cup mixture for basting ribs right before serving.
  2. Brush ribs with mixture.
  3. Place ribs in shallow pan; cover with foil.
  4. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until meat reaches 160.
  5. Remove foil, brush ribs with reserved sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
