Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp cumin seed
  • 3/4 tbsp fennel seed
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder , to taste
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a coffee grinder, and blend.
