Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl combine the wet ingredients.
  3. Pour the wet ingredints into the dry mixture and mix completely.
  4. Pour into two bread pans coated with non-stick spray.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until you can insert a knife into the center and it comes out clean. (I actually take it out a bit before this point as this is the way my family likes it best.).
