Magical Peanut Butter Cookies No Flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a large baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, 1 cup sugar (or splenda), the egg, and vanilla, and stir well with a spoon.
  4. Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts.
  5. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. With a fork, dipped in sugar (or splenda) to prevent sticking, press a crisscross design on each cookie.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from the oven.
  8. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
