Macadamia and Honey Crusted Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crush macadamia nuts to desired consistency.
  2. Crush Ritz crackers to same consistency.
  3. Melt butter over low heat.
  4. Add nuts and crackers and honey and mix well.
  5. Place mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour giving it a stir every 15 minutes (until butter is coagulated and not runny).
  6. Spread mixture over fillets evenly.
  7. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon evenly over fillets.
  8. Place fillets on baking sheet and broil 3-4 minutes. (until top is lite golden brown).
  9. Bake 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Slice remaining 1/2 lemon for garnish.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
