Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare 4 oz any pasta.
  2. Mix the following ingredients
  3. /4 cup milk
  4. /2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  5. Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  6. /8 teaspoon red pepper
  7. Dash of nutmeg
  8. Saute following ingrediants
  9. Chicken breasts cut into pieces
  10. Mushrooms chopped
  11. Onions
  12. Garlic
  13. Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  14. Add milk mixture, saute till thickened, add 1/4 c parm cheese then pasta.
  15. Top with toasted pine nuts
