Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in kraft zesty italian dressing overnight or at least a few hours before cooking
  2. Preheat oven to 375
  3. Chop up 1/2 onion, 1 red pepper, onegreen pepper and spread in bottom of large baking dish
  4. Put marinated chicken on top and put some of the extra dressing in bottom to cover peppers and onions
  5. Bake for like 25 minutes
  6. Once you put chicken in, fry up some bacon or turkey bacon so that it's nice and crispy
  7. Pull out your chicken (check done-ness) and slather it in bbq sauce, letting some drip down sides into dressing/pepper/onion mix
  8. Place 2 strips of bacon (or more) onto each piece of chicken and then sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese
  9. Bake another ten minutes or so until chicken is done
  10. When you serve it make sure the bbg mixes well into the rest of the pepper onion.dressing mix
  11. Serves very well with zatarains jambalaya (prepared just like the box tells you)
  12. I usually also do a salad with it, or another veggie
