Low Fat Apple Spice Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine all ingredients in bowl using hand mixer, until well blended. The apples should be pretty well pulverized.
  4. Pour into bundt pan.
  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes (or until pick insterted comes out clean).
  6. Note: I have used a chocolate cake mix, cherry pie filling and 1 tsp of almond extract, with awesome results!
