Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) box graham crackers
  • 12 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Line a 13x9 pan with whole graham crackers.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan and add sugar.
  3. Beat egg and milk together; add to butter mixture.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add nuts, coconut, and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Pour over crackers in the pan.
  8. Cover with another layer of whole graham crackers.
  9. PREPARE TOPPING:.
  10. Beat all topping ingredients together and spread over top layer of crackers.
  11. Chill then cut into squares.
