Low Carb and Calorie Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz. pumpkin
  • 1 splenda quick pack
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
  3. Bake 50 minutes or until set.
