Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine flour, chocolate chips, soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine sugars and remaining ingr. in a bowl and stir until well blended.
  4. Add the flour mixt. to the sugar mixture; stirring just until blended.
  5. Spread batter in the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
