Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups lentils
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Cook lentils according to package
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Oil pan, and cook unitil desired texture
  4. Enjoy!
