Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 package. lemon pie filling

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, graham crumbs, coconut, salt and baking powder together.
  2. Rub in margarine. Add milk and mix together.
  3. Spread half the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Prepare pie filling according to package directions.
  5. Spread over base.
  6. Spread other half of reserved mixture on top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
